La Massana Natural heart of Andorra

The Lodge is located at the top or the Arinsal Valley, looking down the valley towards the main parish town of La Massana. The parish covers the main valleys of Arinsal, Pal and the entrance to the Valley of Ordino, our neighbouring parish and Unesco Biosphere Reserve.

Our valleys are defined by their lasting beauty, accessible mountains, and traditional heritage. Hiking the valleys and the moutnain paths is a rewarding excercise, becoming more and more popular. The comfortable temperatures in summer, and the dramatic beauty of spring and autumn provide a genuinely beautiful and ever changing backdrop.

As always in Andorra, the capital Andorra La Vella is only an 15 minute drive down the valley, so even the furthest corners of our country are never more than a cool half an hour away.

Arinsal village is 300 meters down the road and opens up after winter when the snow goes, to provide a wide and enchanting stage, a collection of bars and restaurants in the village, the two supermarkets and a new energy when the leaves change color, the flowers and butterflies come out and the calm and beauty of the area make themselves apparent.

Vallnord Bike Park La Massana is one of the main attractions for a summer of adventure and fun. The resort offers customers more than 40 km of circuits distributed across a total of 29 circuits for different levels:

Every year the lifts that give access to the Bike Park as well as the La Massana cable car to get access to the Pal sector are starting up. All lifts are enabled for the transport of bicycles. The other lifts made available to customers are the reclining chairlifts of the Serra II and the Cubil, which allow us to reach the highest point of the Bike Park: 2.354m.

Bike Park has other beneficial complementary services: bicycle rental shops, maintenance services, Downhill School and the Parish of La Massana and surrounding villages, apartments and hotels adapted to all clients needs.

Vallnord Bike Park La Massana is ranked by Redbull as the 4th best Bike Park in the world.

Modalities:

Downhill

Natural and man made circuits. Great variety of natural or artificial jumps. Layouts for all levels. It is recommended to use a descent bicycle.

Enduro

Circuits with sections to be pedaled by combining XC and DH. Two circuits of red and blue levels. Approximately 80% of the route is formed by paths.

Pump Track

An ideal infrastructure to work on balance, piloting skills and improve confidence on the bike before going to open circuits.

Cross Country

Circuits with wide pedaling areas and 3 levels of difficulty. The more technical paths have technical areas with roots and rocks. It is recommended to use a Cross Country bike.

e-Bike

From Pla de la Caubella de Pal to Coll de la Botella. Tracks suitable for all levels. Just go up to Pla de la Caubella to Pal and Coll de la Botella, both ways.
